Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – SNF

Location : Oneida, NY

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Days, 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM

Position Summary :

A facility in Oneida, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for residents in their Rehabilitation and Extended Care Facility. The LPN will work closely with the Unit Manager, Registered Nurse, and physicians to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications :

NYS LPN License – Required

Minimum 2 years' experience in SNF or LTC – Required

BLS – Required

Responsibilities :

Provide daily nursing care to residents according to care plans

Oversee and coordinate activities of CNAs and Ward Clerks on the unit

Make independent decisions when necessary while collaborating with RNs and supervisors

Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and healthcare team

Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
