Data Visualization and Analytics Lead

Overview

Looking for an experienced data reporting and analytics visualization expert. This newly created role is dedicated to driving insights from data, bridging the gap between raw data and actionable strategies. The role will be on the Digital Strategy team, focusing on creating and optimizing dynamic visualizations using Tableau and supporting a company-wide digital transformation for customers, agents and internal employees.

Base pay range

$65.00 / hr - $75.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• Primarily using Tableau visualizations, manage a backlog of analysis efforts and insights for Product Owners and Stakeholders in the form of scorecards and related performance metrics, cost-benefit analysis support, impact analysis, root causes and trends, estimates, and forecasts, with the ability to prioritize and maintain backlog discipline.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering teams to develop, interpret, and deliver data and reporting requirements, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives.
• Develop BI dashboards and visualizations, presenting complex concepts in formats accessible to diverse audiences.
• Extract, manage, and analyze data from multiple disparate systems, offering holistic solutions when required.
• Engage in data transformation and mining initiatives.
• Leverage analytics tools to discern customer traffic and behavior patterns, and lead hypothesis testing and A / B tests for enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and UX experts to support team goal attainment through the product lifecycle.
• Help justify projects, support analytical needs through the project lifecycle, and establish sustained gains from projects into control and monitoring stages.
