Job descriptionClinic 4 / 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday with Friday as an admin day Call rotation within providers and call rotation with providing back up to the 4 APPs during their rotation Shifts per month : 20 Clinic : 18-20 patients daily Hospital : 10-12 patients daily Inpatient + Clinic Trauma : Level III Number Physicians in Practice : 3 Number of Beds : 220 Operating Rooms : 12 ER Beds : 26 Hospital based : 20%, Clinic Based : 80% Patient Population : Adult Most patients are sent to IR unless provider is comfortable performing Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency) BLS, ACLS Active IN License or IMLC Minimum Years Experience : More than 2 years Flu vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption Patient Contacts / Procedure Logs : require most recent 24-months On call includes consults on the hospital side as well rounding on hospital side when on call if needed 4 NPs Epic
