The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. This job will require working under stress during emergency situations.

- Master’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be credentialed from national certifying body. Valid APN license. Prescribing authority with valid DEA number.

Provides general medical care and treatment to patients in medical clinic under direction of Physician, by performing assigned duties. Attendance is an essential function of this job.
