Job descriptionSalesforce, Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau Power BI, SQL, SOQL, ETL Tools 3+ years of Salesforce Einstein Analytics experience Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Model (highly preferred) Strong knowledge of SQL, SAQL, SOQL, and JSON Certification in Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant (highly preferred) Experience with BI and ETL Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Hands-on experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and building visualizations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-able to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences A team player who collaborates effectively with internal and external partners Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Salesforce CRM Analytics that support business needs Provide expertise in CRMA application, dataset management, security / access implementations, and visualization / dashboard creation Deliver strategic reporting solutions using the Salesforce CRM Analytics platform Develop CRM Analytics applications using Recipes, Apps, Dashboards, and Lenses Develop and provide guidance on implementation best practices Assist project teams with technical design and documentation
