Biotech Strategic Solutions Director

A company is looking for a Director / Sr Director Strategic Solutions Lead (Biotech) to oversee proposal development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develops and executes winning proposal strategies and key selling messages focused on drug development

Engages cross-functionally with stakeholders to align operational strategy and budget with customer needs

Directs a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality proposal deliverables within timelines and manages profitability targets

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification

15+ years of relevant experience in proposal development and strategic solutions

Advanced project leadership skills in a matrixed environment

In-depth knowledge of commercial and budgeting strategy, proposal development process, and business organization

Expertise in customer relationship management and advanced operational / financial practices
