WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN :

• Deliver top-tier service with a customer-first mindset
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform load calculations, airflow balancing, and equipment sizing
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals without supervision
• Use digital or paperless invoicing software accurately
• Work with dispatchers and the service manager to execute service calls efficiently
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and service vehicles
• Mentor apprentices and help shape the next generation of HVAC professionals
• Recommend and sell add-on products and equipment when appropriate

To Qualify, You'll Need :

Having experience with boilers, chillers, and IAQ systems is a plus!
