This highly analytical and data-driven individual, as part of the Sales Operations and Analytics Team, will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales data across multiple channels, developing insightful reports and forecasts, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This role plays a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive sales growth and performance.

Scope Of Position

This position is responsible for supervision of N / A. This position reports to the Vice President Sales, Bradley. This role is hybrid and is based in Menomonee Falls, WI.

The Job

  • Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data across various channels (e.g., direct, retail, e-commerce).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Partner with sales representatives and leadership to understand business needs and deliver relevant insights.
  • Support sales forecasting and performance tracking against targets.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Sales Operations Manager or Company management.
  • Responsibility tied to Watts Value : Continuous Improvement proactively seeks ways to improve reporting processes, tools, and sales data accuracy.

Working Conditions

While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
  • Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects (up to 15-20 pounds), such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.

  • What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (in absence of degree, may consider relevant experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or other data querying languages a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling or predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of sales operations and performance metrics.
