POSITION SUMMARY :

We are seeking a dynamic and driven person to fill a Premium Sales - National Events role and lead 1 / ST's premium sales efforts for suites, VIP hospitality offerings, and ticket packages. The primary focus of this role is generating revenue through outbound sales efforts, prospecting new clients, business-to-business outreach, converting inbound sales inquiries, and working with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies and develop effective sales collateral and messaging.

Coordinating sales events, as well as event-day and on-site visits, will cultivate client relationships and target audiences, and enhance the overall guest experience to ensure the premium offerings meet 1 / ST standards.

Additionally, your sales leadership will extend to working with marketing and creative teams on the development and execution of innovative campaigns aimed at driving suite and ticket demand.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales of premium event tickets, luxury suites, and VIP hospitality packages through proactive outreach and inbound inquiries.
  • Prospect and build relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and high-end consumers via calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics.
  • Craft customized proposals and presentations that showcase unique hospitality offerings and tailor experiences to client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless delivery of client experiences.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, client outings, and premium event activations as needed.
  • Stay up to date on event schedules, inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications :

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, ideally in sports, live entertainment, luxury travel, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with diverse clientele.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive independently as well as within a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Passion for live events and delivering premium service is essential.
  • Preferred :

  • Existing network within sports, entertainment, or corporate hospitality industries.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and / or managing long sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of event production or logistics is a plus.
