Intern-Home Office II
The Intern-Home Office II position offers a unique opportunity for those with a strong interest in pursuing a career in healthcare administration and gain hands-on experience in either general Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Strategy, Leadership Development, and related fields in healthcare administration. The Intern-Home Office II will gain valuable insights and work on special projects within the selected department.
Example General HR Duties :
- Help with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help organize internal events and programs.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in developing new policies and procedures.
Example Talent Acquisition Duties :
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.Maintain candidate status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) for reporting.Support the Talent Acquisition team with social media posts, career fairs and other recruitment events, representing the healthcare system and engaging with potential candidates.Example Finance / Accounting Duties :
Data Entry into accounting software and databases with accuracy.Assist in conducting cost analyses for various projects and departmental expenses.Participate in special projects as assigned, such as system implementations, process improvements, or financial research.Example Business Strategy Duties :
Assist in conducting SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis for various business units.Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects.Participate in special projects as assigned, such as system implementations, operational improvements, and research.We offer :

Must be currently pursuing a college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Preferred Requirements
