The Role :

The Senior Associate will report to the Strategy Lead for Blue Owl's Private Wealth division and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the business. The team is focused on driving AUM growth by unlocking new partnerships, targeting untapped capital pools, developing innovative product solutions, and expanding geographically and across channels. This role offers significant exposure to senior leaders within Private Wealth and across the broader organization.

Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the development and evaluation of new strategic initiatives to drive growth.
• Coordinate and project manage multiple cross-functional workstreams to ensure successful execution of key priorities.
• Prepare status updates and presentation materials to support decision-making and communication with senior leadership.
• Leverage market intelligence, data analytics, and industry insights to ensure Blue Owl's offerings remain differentiated and aligned with client needs.
• Partner with the Strategy Lead and other senior leaders to craft creative growth strategies, assess risks, monitor competitive dynamics, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Support ad hoc strategic initiatives on behalf of the Private Wealth Strategy Lead, Global Private Wealth COO, and Head of Global Private Wealth.

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $125,000 - $155,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
