This position is for a general Orthopedic Surgeon.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four‑year U.S. Medical School or equivalent.
• Completion of an ACGME‑accredited residency in orthopedic surgery.
• Fellowship in a subspecialty area of orthopedic surgery preferred.
• Medical license for the applicable state.
• Membership on LPH Medical Staff.
• Board eligible / certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
• CPR certification; BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Two to three years’ experience in the management of orthopedic patients preferred.
