Safety Intern

Spooner Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Safety Consultant Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in workplace safety, compliance, and risk management. The intern will work closely with our safety consultants to assist in conducting safety audits, developing training programs, and supporting compliance initiatives that promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Support the development and delivery of safety training.
• Research and interpret OSHA and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Help maintain safety records, documentation, and compliance reports for clients.
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis for clients.
• Assist in developing and updating safety policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Provide administrative support for safety initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with team members on safety campaigns and awareness activities.
