Job description

Senior Learning Leader

As a Senior Learning Leader on the federal training team, you will be responsible for managing multiple federal client sites simultaneously. Responsibilities include :

  • Cultivating strong relationships with external clients and stakeholders to achieve project and business objectives.
  • Directing, supporting, and overseeing a team of site leads, trainers, and adoption coaches accountable for the successful delivery of client training projects.
  • Influencing and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to establish, communicate, and execute project objectives.
  • Developing, maintaining, and executing comprehensive project plans, ensuring all tasks, milestones, and deliverables are met in line with contractual obligations.
  • Managing project resources, financials, and scope to align with plans and contractual commitments.
  • Identifying, documenting, and managing project risks and issues; escalating timely as appropriate to maintain project health.
  • Overseeing project milestones, providing regular status reviews to both internal teams and external client stakeholders.
  • Maintaining rigorous documentation standards, facilitating project onboarding, and ensuring participation in critical project events and Go-Live activities.

Basic Qualifications :

  • At least 5+ years of total combined completed higher education and related work experience, including :
  • At least 1 year in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project / program management, client relationship management, or other client-facing roles.
  • Additional higher education and / or work experience aligned with the duties of the role.
  • Experience in training project management.
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Tier 3 Public Trust.

    Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
  • Oracle (Cerner) EHR experience.
  • Expectations :

  • Must be willing to travel up to 75% as business needs dictate.
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
