Job Description

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified Medical Assistant for an exciting job in Houston TX.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with patient exams procedures vitals treatments and documentation.

Perform room prep specimen collection and follow provider instructions.

Handle scheduling registration insurance verification and patient inquiries.

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Support high-volume calls and provide excellent patient service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Medical Assistant Certification

Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Epic EMR / EHR experience

Expertise in scheduling registration insurance verification eligibility checks claims follow-up EOB review pre-authorizations and referrals

High-volume call handling (60100 calls / day)

Strong customer service conflict resolution and data-entry accuracy

Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards

Experience in both on-site and remote support
