Job description

Business Continuity & Resiliency Analyst

Ensures business and IT resiliency programs meet regulatory standards and can withstand disruptions to core financial services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop BCP / DR plans for critical banking systems.
  • Conduct failover testing and document RTO / RPO metrics.
  • Align plans with FFIEC, OCC, and NYDFS guidance.
  • Support real incident response scenarios.

Required Skills :

  • DR / BCP testing experience.
  • Knowledge of Treasury and payments systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory resiliency frameworks.
