As an Electrical Contracting Superintendent with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you'll support multiple hotels, commercial, multi-family projects in the Southeast region. Responsibilities :
- Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Contracting Superintendent to oversee and manage hotel projects from inception to completion . The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Must have 3+ years experience overseeing hotel / commercial / multi family projects
- Hours : 5 days x's 10hr days
- Manage and supervise all aspects of electrical contracting projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Oversee and lead project teams, including electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective execution of project tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to team members.
