International Operations Specialist

A company is looking for an International Operations Specialist to join their International Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project setups for EOR operations in new countries and ensure continuity of entity operations

Oversee expansion projects and entity maintenance tasks, providing regular progress updates

Collaborate with legal teams to implement Employment Agreements and maintain effective communication across projects

Required Qualifications

Experience in project management, entity setup, or international operations

Preferred background in legal (corporate or employment) or paralegal education

Familiarity with contracts and legal document execution

Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus

Experience working remotely and asynchronously is considered advantageous
