Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and versatile supervisor to join our team. This role involves reheating and packaging food, managing the location, opening and closing the business, and handling POS and DoorDash systems. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and ensuring excellent food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Food Preparation : Reheat and package food items according to company standards. Ensure all food is prepared and presented consistently.
• Location Management : Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Ensure all health and safety standards are met.
• Business Operations : Open and close the business in accordance with company procedures. Handle cash, manage the register, and reconcile daily transactions.
• POS and Delivery Systems : Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately. Manage online orders through DoorDash, including order preparation and timely delivery.
• Independent Work : Ability to perform tasks autonomously, solve problems as they arise, and prioritize duties effectively.

Compensation All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Pay Range for this position

$20—$21 USD
