As the Business Development leader, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in the industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building strong client relationships that can be nurtured into large growth accounts over 3-5 years.

  • Carry accountability to drive revenue growth and establishing and managing client relationship with key decision makers.
  • Establishing and building "trust" and leverage client context by understanding client's overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to achieve the targets.
  • Demonstrate vision and depth to outgrow the competition and position Tredence as the partner of choice for data / analytics / AI space.

Key role expectations :

  • 10+ years of overall Sales experience
  • 5+ years experience selling :
  • AI Data & Analytics
  • Experience selling differentiated value to Fortune 500 customers
  • Creating business impact through Data & AI
  • Focus on monetization of Data
  • Experience working with Technology partners and cloud partners to sell together
  • Rolodex of relationships in Healthcare & Life science and Go Getter Attitude
  • Individual Contributor, and cross-organization collaborator
  • Demonstrated consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing a solution selling model and good understanding of customers business initiatives and its implication on the process and technology landscape.
  • Ability to quickly adapt, understand the unique value propositions of Tredence, and hit the ground running to meet growth targets.
  • Leadership :

  • Demonstrated leadership within or outside a work setting. You should be someone who frequently takes initiative and is eager to break new ground.
  • Build and lead global teams to engage with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging decision sciences and analytics
  • Strong background in coaching & developing future talent
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Strong Emotional Intelligence
