On-Call Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview\n\nWe are seeking a dedicated On-Call Registered Nurse to join our team. This unique role offers full-time pay for working every other week, providing after-hours care and support to our participants in their homes.\n\nSchedule\n

• Overnight Weekdays : On-Call from 3 : 30 PM – 8 : 30 AM (Monday–Friday) EVERY OTHER WEEK ONLY\n
• Weekends : 24-hour on-call coverage (Saturday & Sunday) EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ONLY\n\nService Area\n\nHomestead, Wilkinsburg, and surrounding communities\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
• Provide after-hours nursing care and support to older adult participants\n
• Assess and manage episodic illnesses in collaboration with the on-call provider\n
• Deliver prescribed treatments and nursing interventions\n
• Educate participants and caregivers on care plans and health management\n
• Document all care and changes in condition promptly and accurately\n
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team\n\nQualifications\n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program\n
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania\n
• Valid PA driver's license\n
• Minimum 1 year of experience with frail or elderly populations (home care, long-term care, or community health preferred)\n
