Director Of Retail Operations
As the Director of Retail Operations, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, team development, and strategic execution across our retail footprint. Responsibilities :
- Lead and inspire : Provide consistent leadership to Retail Operations Managers, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Drive operational excellence : Implement and enforce retail processes that enhance product quality and elevate team performance.
- Maximize financial impact : Strategically place the right talent in the right roles to optimize contribution margins across geographic regions.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Build strong partnerships with Divisions, Field Support, Recruiting, Training, HR, and Client Services to ensure seamless operations.
- Performance communication : Deliver timely updates on operational performance to internal stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability.
- Retail training leadership : Design and execute impactful training programs that empower teams and elevate service standards.
- Talent acquisition & development : Recruit, interview, and hire management-level talent while nurturing growth and career progression.
- Asset oversight : Conduct regular inspections of company equipment to ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness.
- Administrative excellence : Ensure all required documentation and reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Qualifications :
Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. Minimum of 2 years of related experience in retail operations, leadership, or training. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.Leadership & Management : Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for management-level roles. Strong supervisory skills with a track record of driving results.Operational Expertise : Deep understanding of retail processes, policies, and procedures. Ability to implement and enforce operational standards across multiple locations. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR, Training, Recruiting, and Client Services.Technical Proficiency : Proficient in PC and SalesTrak NG. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Communication & Collaboration : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate performance metrics and operational updates clearly and effectively. Strong relationship-building skills across departments and teams.Additional Requirements : Valid drivers license. Willingness to travel extensively across office and field environments.
