Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year as a Claims Specialist. Top associates can see increases up to 15%! Qualifications & Skills :

• Ability to commute to our Melville NY location
• Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
• Solid computer multitasking skills
• Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career paths

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate / annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
