    • What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate a crew to complete daily lawn maintenance tasks
  • Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup with attention to detail
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operated safely
  • Conduct morning huddles to set goals and delegate responsibilities
  • Enforce safety protocols and uphold company standards on every job
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent our company with professionalism

    • What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of lawn maintenance experience
  • Proven leadership or crew lead experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
