Required Skills :

Current Occupational Therapy license

1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist

Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with patients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills :

Experience working in a variety of clinical settings

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills

Certification in a specialized area of Occupational Therapy (e.g. pediatrics, gerontology)

Experience with electronic medical records

Preferred Education and Experience :

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

1+ year of experience as an Occupational Therapist

Other Requirements :

Ability to travel to different locations (specific location : Vernon Ave, Bakersfield, California, 93306)

Flexibility to work a days schedule (8a-5p, 5-8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)
