California Licensed Physician Executive

A company is looking for a VP of Medical Management-Managed Care.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute clinical and operational strategies to optimize services and drive growth

Lead collaborative relationships with providers and align them with clinical visions and quality initiatives

Provide oversight for Managed Care operations and ensure effective communication among medical directors

Required Qualifications

Minimum of eight (8) years of clinical experience in a specialty

Minimum of five (5) years of direct management experience in healthcare

Medical degree (MD or DO) with a current license to practice in California

Prior (or current) Board Certification in a specialty

Experience in Utilization Management activities
