Lake Butler Hospital is a critical access hospital in North Florida providing 24-hour emergency services, inpatient hospitalization, swing bed program, rehabilitation services, outpatient laboratory, and outpatient radiology (X-ray, ultrasound, and CT Scan) services to Union County and the surrounding counties. We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team! Sign on Bonus of up to $3000 may be provided depending on skills and experience.

Job Summary :

Assess conditions, needs and goals of the patient to establish effective therapy and treatment plans according to the prescription of a physician. Comply with treatment plans and communicate with patient, their family, and caregivers while being compassionate and sensitive to patients concerns and needs. Treat disabilities, injuries, and diseases according to the prescription of a physician with the various modalities and skills of the profession.
