Our Client is a fast-paced public accounting firm in Cleveland's eastern Suburbs looking to add an experienced ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to their team. Candidates must have ability to multi-task & work well in a high pressure environment to meet deadlines in a continually changing environment.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven administrative assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Advanced skills with MS Office, Word & Excel skills in particular
- Attention to detail and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Prior position in an accounting firm a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Front desk receptionist, answer and direct phone callsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports including; copying, scanning & filingProcess checks & bank deposit runs, post office runsInventory & ordering of suppliesMaintain office appearanceSchedule meetings and appointments, book travel arrangementsProduce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, work papers and formsDevelop and maintain a filing systemMaintain contact lists & data baseSubmit and reconcile expense reportsPAY / SHIFT
