Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-site execution of commercial / retail construction projects.
• Ensure adherence to construction schedules, specifications, and plans.
• Lead and coordinate 16+ subcontractor trades.
• Maintain site safety and enforce OSHA standards; conduct safety meetings and inspections.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Address field issues, including poor workmanship, disputes, and scheduling delays.
• Implement quality control measures and problem-solving strategies.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, progress photos, and videos.
• Support project planning and ensure proactive risk management.
