What you will be responsible for :

You'll play a vital role in managing our accounts payable process, contract administration, and project financial workflows. You'll work cross-functionally with Site Ops, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth and accurate payments, financial tracking, and compliance.

What You'll Do :

Contract & Change Order Management

• Draft and route consultant agreements, work orders, and change orders via DocuSign.
• Maintain organized records for all project and consultant documents.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement and Site Ops to update Forecasts and Buy Out Logs.
• Review and approve subcontractor change requests; collaborate with Legal as needed.
• Experience implementing construction software systems and processes.
