About The Position
The Operations Manager plays a key role in managing and improving internal processes across the entire project lifecycle—from the early stages of proposal writing to final tracking and installation. We're seeking a high-energy, detail-focused, and process-oriented critical thinker to ensure operational efficiency, schedule accuracy, and clear cross-department communication to deliver top-quality service and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Proposal Development & Pre-Project Operations : Manage the creation and submission of project proposals; collaborate with sales, design, and project management teams to ensure proposals are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations.
- Scheduling & Workflow Management : Oversee project scheduling from proposal approval through installation completion. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials, labor, and timelines are efficiently managed, identify potential scheduling or resource disruptions early, and implement proactive solutions.
- Installation Oversight & Performance Tracking : Monitor active installations to ensure compliance with project plans, timelines, specifications, cost, and client satisfaction.
- Team Coordination & Communication : Act as a central liaison between sales, design, logistics, and installation teams. Lead regular cross-departmental meetings to review schedules, priorities, and project updates while providing leadership, mentorship, and accountability for operations and support staff.
Requirements
