A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to lead the administrative and organizational aspects of the proposal development process for government opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze RFPs and develop compliance matrices, outlines, and templates
Coordinate proposal schedules, color team reviews, and submission deadlines
Ensure adherence to formatting standards and manage document control throughout the proposal lifecycle
Required Qualifications :
4-6+ years of experience in proposal coordination or production within government contracting
Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific procurement requirements
Proficiency with proposal tools such as SharePoint, PMC, and Deltek
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and support large, multidisciplinary proposal teams
