Your Tasks
- Care for existing customers (opticians and ophthalmologists) and actively work on growing market share in your region
- Consistently bring our product world closer to "your" customers, combining consulting expertise with closing strength
- Understand yourself as a partner to your customers and help with business-related questions as well as with the optimization of logistical and sales processes : agreement of framework conditions for supply, assortment optimization, consulting in commercial matters, and information management on market developments and marketing measures
- Through comprehensive and individual consultation as well as targeted sales support, actively contribute to the revenue increase of your customer and create a long-term and trustworthy customer relationship through this added value
- Ensure effective communication with adjacent areas (marketing, customer service, regional sales manager)
- Support the implementation of seminars and industry trade fairs as a guarantor of our brand image
