Registered Investment Team Lead

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Investment Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Handle team escalations and client complaints, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions

Lead a team of registered agents, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management

Oversee risk and compliance requirements across all trading processes while identifying operational improvements

Required Qualifications

Registered with CIRO, CSC, CPH, DFOL, OPSC, and IDSC certifications

Experience working on a trade desk and with trading platforms

Experience working with clients

Analytical experience with Excel and SQL

Passionate about technology and developing others
