The Group Senior Accountant is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting payroll and cash management activities of the corporate entity within a holding company structure. This includes general ledger maintenance accounts payable intercompany transactions payroll processing banking activity and monthly financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented hands-on and highly organized with strong accounting and analytical skills and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

General Accounting & Reporting

• Perform full-cycle accounting for the corporate office including journal entries accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements with supporting workpapers.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries.

Banking Wires and Cash Management

Intercompany Transactions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

This role sits onsite in Charlotte NC 4 days a week with 1 remote day on Friday.
