Essential Job Functions :
Administer medications as per your license and provide daily care in accordance with established care plans.Perform personal care activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and more.Assist with household services essential to health care at home, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.Encourage residents to engage in leisure activities and socialize with peers.Observe and document residents' health and emotional conditions, promptly reporting changes to the nurse.Respond courteously to resident requests and ensure a safe environment by following infection control practices.Assist residents with mobility and transportation for appointments and social programs.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.Tactful communication with residents, families, and staff.Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.Proficient in English for effective communication.Education and Experience :
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant or a licensed Medication Assistant in accordance with state laws.Preferred : 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care facilities.Who We Are :
