DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will perform a variety of clerical support work to maintain confidential case records, keep communication organized, and ensure information is recent and accurate. This includes typing correspondence, scanning and filing documents, and data entry, as well as answering phones and greeting clients. Your work will involve inputting client information into state and county databases, developing charts and spreadsheets, and assisting our caseworkers and supervisors by performing other duties as assigned. Work Schedule and Additional Information :
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements :
Six months as a Clerk Typist 1 and educational development to the level of eighth grade; orCompletion of a high school business curriculum which included at least one typing course; orAny combination of equivalent experience and training.Other Requirements :

This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
