The Department of Pathology is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide specialized care to patients in a highly regulated environment. Perform work that involves numerous steps and techniques that require the use of professional judgment. Operate cell separators and other equipment while caring for patients undergoing apheresis procedures. Provide care to patients with varying levels of acuity and age, ranging from outpatients to highly acute inpatients. Supervise designated laboratory staff as directed. This position is 100% time, Monday - Friday, with applicant's choice of 8-hour shifts (0730-1600) or 10-hour shifts (0700-1730), with rotating on-call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
