We’re a rapidly expanding dental group with two practices (Encino + Agoura Hills) looking for a part-time Marketing Manager who understands how to turn attention into appointments, not just likes. You’ll own the full marketing engine — digital, in-office, patient communication, and vendor coordination.
This is a part-time role (8–16 hrs / week to start with the potential for more hours) with very real impact on brand, new patient flow, and growth.
Your responsibilities include :
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles
- Social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories)
- Photo / video capture during clinical days
- Implement monthly campaigns (benefits reminders, whitening promos, etc.)
- Manage patient communication blasts (email / text)
- Coordinate online reviews & reputation management
- Track KPIs : new patient numbers, cost per lead, conversion, ROI
- Liaise with external vendors (SEO, PPC, website devs)
- Create systems / processes to keep the marketing engine consistent
