This is a Desktop Support role that will be supporting tickets and peripherals in a distribution center. 70% of the time will be in the distribution center supporting previously entered tickets for troubleshooting. The other 30% of the time will be supporting tickets and users remotely.

o Most if not all hands on touching equipment
o Client deployment solutions
o Microsoft Active Directory accounts, (provisioning and de-provisioning)
o Client Endpoint Protection Services
o VPN accounts
o Collaboration and Communication accounts and services (Teams clients and Teams enabled conference rooms, email, CRM, Voice / VoIP)
o Client systems (workstations, laptops, mobile devices, product fulfillment devices,)
o Mobile device management
o ServiceNow and Jira Service Management (ticketing systems)

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 / hr.
