We are looking for you to join our team as a Supply Chain Planning Specialist based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
What You'll Get To Do
Financial responsibilities including EACs (Estimates at Completion), material sales forecasting, and CAM (Cost Account Management) support.Present to internal decision-makers and represent Global Supply Chain in leadership briefings, program briefings, and supplier engagement.Solve problems of moderate scope and complexity using established principles, theories, and concepts with adherence to organizational precedents and policies.Document and mitigate / realize Risks and Opportunities.Create and document general supply and demand strategies in procurement plans to achieve program goals.Identify and address critical material shortages to resolve or recover established program schedules and budgets.Prioritize efforts and adjust to changing program needs and objectives with reasonable speed and efficiency.Document procurement plans to achieve the program's material objectives and present to management for review and approval; maintain plan throughout procurement activity.Coordinate with Procurement to optimize delivery schedules to achieve program goals and objectives.Identify obstacles to excellence and highlight continuous improvement opportunities.Represent Global Supply Chain as a primary contact on program contracts or projects.Interact with internal and external personnel on matters requiring coordination within the Global Supply Chain organization.The ideal candidate must be familiar with project management, budgeting, and resource management with the ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and to present effectively.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Global Supply Chain and / or Project Management or related field with 2 years of experience; or Master's Degree with 0 years of experience; or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree.US citizenship is required.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Planning experience.Preferred Qualifications
Project / Program Management or Supply Chain Planning experience.Government procurement processes and regulations experience (FAR / DFAR).Lean or Six Sigma training, certification, or experience.Experience supporting basic proposal efforts including Basis of Estimates.Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros).Experience as a planner in a semi-complex to complex manufacturing environment.Salary : Primary Level Salary Range : $63,800.00 - $95,800.00. The above is a general guideline; actual offers consider scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Benefits include health, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays, and PTO. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply where applicable. Long-term incentives may be available for Vice President or Director roles.
