Charge Description Master Analyst

A company is looking for a Charge Description Master Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities :

Collects and analyzes data to deliver results and perform routine audits

Provides training and support to CDM Analysts and manages communication regarding coding and billing protocols

Leads multi-disciplinary groups in monitoring hospital net revenue and revenue enhancement projects

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Six years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in Charge Master and coding

Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance, and provider relations

Certifications in patient access or patient accounting; coding certification preferred

CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire
