Requirements

• 15 + years’ job-related experience
• MS or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related major (preferred)
• Experience with ERP (preferably D365)

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a forward-thinking, hands‑on Senior Vice President of Finance to lead and scale our finance organization. This is a strategic leadership role with a clear potential path to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), contingent on performance and demonstrated capability over time. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with operational insight and the agility to grow into broader responsibilities as the company evolves. The SVP of Finance will play a central role in guiding company performance through financial planning, reporting, and cross‑functional partnership—especially in support of our manufacturing and supply chain operations.
