Job descriptionSupport Mission-critical financial applications with sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII data) Monitor production jobs and ensure their scheduled execution Create Standard Operating Procedure documents Triage production issues and provide solutions as per Standard Operating Procedure documents Document problem, solutions in the ticketing tools & knowledge base Communicate appropriately & effectively with business, technical teams Work well under pressure with a methodical approach to problem solving Prioritize multiple tasks and manage / assign tasks between team members Monitor application health, perform application / service restarts as per Standard Operating Procedures Monitor, edit, create scheduler jobs Deploy and manage applications, services on Microsoft Windows and cloud environments Supporting Java / J2EE based applications involving Microservices Strong documentation, communication skills (written and verbal) and Analytical Skills Experience in any relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server; Writing queries, understanding DB processes Motivated self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a team Experience with product lifecycle & deployments Experience working in Agile project Time management, Project management skills Any of Job schedulers - Autosys or Visual Cron or Control-M or Ansible or Cron Any of the log analyzers - Splunk or Dynatrace or Datadog Any of the application performance monitoring tools like New Relic, AppDynamics or Dynatrace Cloud, Microservices, Message Queues, NoSQL, CI / CD
