  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Enterprise Sales in the Southeast. This strategic role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and requires a leader with a proven track record in SaaS cybersecurity sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans that align with the corporate strategy, as well as for building and leading a high-performance sales team. Key responsibilities include territory planning, account management, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. The RVP will also be expected to have a strong partner network, be adept at working in a fast-growing startup environment, and possess a growth mindset with a focus on long-term vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales leadership within a SaaS cybersecurity company, with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas. They should be results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong belief in the importance of a positive, can-do teaming culture. The role demands a leader who can influence and develop a diverse and competitive sales team, and who is adept at creating and maintaining a high-performance, customer-focused, and agile sales culture. The RVP will also be responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction initiatives, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
