Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Dietetic Technician Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Title : Inpatient Dietitian Location : Mount Vernon, OH 43050 Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 00) Job Responsibilities and Requirements : Provide comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for inpatients. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to manage patient nutrition and promote recovery. Monitor patient progress, adjust meal plans as necessary, and ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and hospital policies. Educate patients and families on nutrition-related topics to support long-term health and wellness. Maintain accurate documentation of nutritional care and recommendations. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient-centered care planning. Required Qualifications : Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). State licensure (if applicable). Strong clinical nutrition knowledge and experience in an inpatient or acute care setting. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications : Prior travel or contract experience (first-time travelers accepted). Experience working with diverse patient populations and medical conditions.
