Job Summary and Qualifications
The MRI Technologist is responsible for delivering high-quality imaging services through the use of advanced Magnetic Resonance medical equipment. Key responsibilities include :
Performing various MRI procedures on a diverse patient population.Utilizing sterile techniques when necessary and assisting physicians as needed.Manipulating computer data and images for accurate interpretation and storage.Working independently with sound judgment and initiative.Ensuring the safety of patients and staff within the MRI suite.Qualifications Needed :
Education : Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.License : Must hold ARRT and / or ARMRIT registration in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and BLS certification.Experience : A minimum of 2 years of experience in a multi-disciplinary Radiology department or equivalent clinical education in MRI.
