Job Title : Manager (RN) Quality Resource Services\n\nReq # : \n\nCategory : Nursing\n\nStatus : Full-Time\n\nShift : Day\n\nFacility : Newark Beth Israel Medical Center\n\nDepartment : Quality Resource Services\n\nLocation : 201 Lyons Avenue, Newark, NJ\n\nPay Range : $84,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year\n\nNote : Salary reflects anticipated annual range for this position in New Jersey.\nJOB SUMMARY\n\nQRS Manager of Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance will provide oversight for all NBIMC departments and the CHoNJ to meet regulatory and accreditation standards. Coordinate planning, implementation and evaluation of organizational compliance with all regulatory / licensing standards and ongoing readiness for survey. Responsible for all survey activity related to licensing surveys or accreditation surveys by regulatory agencies. Conducts and coordinates mock surveys and tracer activities to ensure continued survey readiness. Leads Facilities Performance Improvement (PI) teams as assigned to improve processes for increased quality, safety and efficiency. Conducts Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as assigned. Ensure that the unit / department / division is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.\nEDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS\n

• Licensed RN in the State of New Jersey\n
• Minimum 2 years hospital nursing experience preferred\n
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office\n
• 4+ years performance improvement project experience\n
• Experience with healthcare improvement initiatives\n
• Excellent analytical skills\n
