Job Summary
Provide analytical expertise and strategic support for the Food, Beverage, and Merchandise business valued at over $1.5 billion. Develop and deliver data-driven insights, models, and reporting that strengthen organizational understanding and guide informed decision-making across all F&B initiatives. Partner with leaders and teams to drive performance, process improvement, and business growth.
This position is based in Leawood, Kansas. Relocation assistance may be offered, subject to candidate qualifications and business need.
What you will be doing :
- Track and analyze ongoing Food & Beverage programs and initiatives to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute financial and operational models to assess risks, measure results, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Pricing, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to inform key decisions and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Partner with data analytics teams to innovate, enhance, and automate reporting processes within data platforms such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Present insights and findings in a clear, compelling format to senior leaders, supporting strategic direction and operational execution.
What we need from you :
3+ years of theatre operations, data analysis, or commensurate experience.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong command of Microsoft Office applications.Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.Proven ability to compile and interpret large data sets, identify patterns, and forecast trends.Excellent written communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.Adaptability and creativity in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.Ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to senior and executive leadership.What we also value (preferred) :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.Significant knowledge of theatre operations, and familiarity with company-specific data structures and culture.Proficiency in SQL, Essbase, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or other comparable Oracle applications.Proficiency in statistical modeling techniques and data-driven analysis.Demonstrated success in developing innovative analytical solutions that drive operational and financial performance.Minimum qualifications :
