HR Coordinator Night Shift

Pilgrim's Pride Position

Pilgrim's Pride products are sold to foodservice, retail and frozen entree customers. The Company's primary distribution is through retailers, foodservice distributors and restaurants throughout the United States and Puerto Rico and in the Northern and Central regions of Mexico.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Conduct Interviews and tours
• Conduct I-9 (Employment Verification)
• Enter SAP changes
• Birthday & Anniversaries Recognitions
• Document Filings
• Assist HR as needed
• Interview skills
• Employee engagement activities
• Very good computer skills
• Available to cross train in other HR functions.

Minimum Qualifications :

EDUCATION : Typically requires a high school diploma, some college is preferred.

BILINGUAL : Preferred but not required.

EXPERIENCE : Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of experience (Human Resources experience preferred)

Schedule : Sunday to Thursday from 10 : 00pm to 6 : 30am.
